am facut exercitiile. yuhuu!

Acum ma duc la piata. Am o zi incarcata. De facut supa crema de dovleac, la felul doi mai meditez, plus sa ma vopsesc.

Idee de lucru: cum sa-si gestioneze parintii emotiile negative. ex dispretul, critica, atitudinea defensiva, zidul. 🙂

Ps: am decorticat primul meu peste dorada, la cuptor cu legume.
