How to Use Feelings Strategically

Azi am facut 5 ciupeci la cuptor umpulte cu marar, ceapa verde, usturoi verde si telemea de vaca, stropite cu putin ulei de masline. Din prima incercare, absolut delicioase. Iar acum un orez cu lapte si scortisoara. Simt o energie si o bucurie interioara pur si simplu. In curand o sa mi se faca si somn (la 20.30 la somn). Mi-a placut mult interactiunea cu copiii: nici prea mult, nici prea putin, ci potrivita, asa cum trebuie. 🙂

Eu faceam exercitiul dar mai soft. Bine… acum stiu cum sa-l fac. Iata un bun motiv ca sa-l exersez dimineata. Ziua de azi: MIND BLOWING. (focusarea atentiei pe obiectivul ales)
