Don’t worry! I am not going to make you feel bad about sitting in chairs, and, for the record, I have no intention of getting rid of the chairs in my house. But there may be reasons to be concerned about the amount of time you spend in chairs, especially if you are inactive for the rest of the day. One major concern relates to energy balance.
